Prior to joining AWB Limited, Gordon held positions with Orica Mining Services in the Australia Asia region, was General Manager of Incitec Fertilizers and held roles at ICI Australia and then Orica in public affairs and chemicals businesses. Gordon was Science and Environment adviser to the federal Leader of the Opposition from 1990 to 1993 and worked for the Tasmanian Forestry Commission as a research and field forester. He also attended the Advanced Management program at Harvard Business School in 2003. |

Philip Gentry, BSc MBA, MAICD

Joined AWB in 2007 as Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. Philip was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2008, and is also responsible for the compliance and operational risk team. He has 19 years experience in financial services across Australia and New Zealand in corporate banking, strategic planning and development, commodity and international trade finance and investor relations. Philip was most recently Head of International Trade Finance and has also worked as Head of Investor Relations and Regional Executive Corporate Banking with the ANZ Bank. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of NSW, an MBA from the International Management Development Institute in Switzerland and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon. |

Colin Taylor, FFin, MAICD, MNIA

Joined AWB Limited in March 2006. With over 32 years of banking experience, Colin was previously General Manager for Commercial and Regional Banking, Bank SA. Colin held senior roles in network management, property, marketing and finance prior to his appointment in 1995 as General Manager. As well as managing a distribution network, Colin was responsible for driving the product strategy and managed the expansion of St George Bank’s Rural Financial activities in regional New South Wales and Victoria. Colin's knowledge of the rural sector, combined with commercial acumen, puts him in good stead to lead the growth of the Landmark Financial Services business. |

Peter was appointed General Manager Corporate Affairs in February 2009 and is responsible for management of all internal and external communications across the company including media relations, Government relations and stakeholder relations. Peter has over 15 years experience as a senior public affairs practitioner in both the private and public sector. He was National Media Relations Manager before taking up his current role. |

Byron was appointed General Manager, Technology and Business Services in February 2008 with responsibility for the Group’s information technology, property management, corporate procurement, payment operations and HR services. He was most recently Head of Shared Services. With broad experience in consulting, process improvement, business reengineering, operations and IT, Byron has worked in a range of roles with AWB Limited, and in business consulting across the technology and utilities industries. |

Mitch Morison, BSc (Ag)

Joined AWB Limited in 1993. Mitch was appointed General Manager, Commodities in October 2008 with responsibility for AWB’s trading operations in Australia, Brazil, India and Geneva. With broad experience in agribusiness, Mitch started his career as a commodity trader, then moved to the US to manage AWB’s commodity hedge books and execute price risk management strategies on both the Chicago and Kansas City Board of Trade. Mitch has also managed AWB’s grain marketing activities and Landmark’s strategy development for Wool and Livestock. He was General Manager of Australian Commodities before taking up his current role. |

Graeme spent 27 years in Orica Limited in roles including General Manager of Dulux, General Manager of Orica Chemnet, Australia's largest chemical trading business, General Manager/Director of Crop Care and Managing Director of Australian Vinyls a PVC manufacturing and marketing joint venture between Orica Limited and PolyOne Corporation, USA. Graeme has extensive experience in successfully executing growth strategies, business re-engineering and building organisational and customer alignment. |

He has more than 12 years experience in ASX listed companies and prior to joining AWB Limited, Peter was the Deputy Company Secretary at Coles Myer Limited and General Counsel and Company Secretary of Bonlac Foods Limited. Peter has a Master of Laws degree and is a member of Chartered Secretaries of Australia. |

Joined AWB Limited in May 2008. John is also responsible for financial risk management. John was previously Group General Manager-Operations Tabcorp Holdings Ltd and has held senior executive management positions across both private equity and public ownership companies. With experience as both CFO and COO, his past roles include finance, strategy and operational responsibilities, incorporating company float and takeover defence and M&A experience. Prior to Tabcorp, John held senior executive roles at Ausdoc Information Management, Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group, Foster’s and KPMG Consulting.

Joined AWB Limited in September 2009. Before joining AWB Limited, Michael worked for BHP Billiton for over 15 years. His career included leading roles in industrial negotiations and major change programs, through corporate roles including most recently VP HR Corporate and VP HR Development leading the Resourcing, Development, Talent and Succession for the BHP Billiton Group. He has also led HR at a business unit level as VP HR Commercial supporting the global Marketing, Strategy & Business Development, Exploration and Technology groups. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations/Economics) from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. |
