The AWB Grower Service Centre is fully dedicated to servicing and supporting the needs of AWB Growers all year round, not just harvest.
Located in Melbourne, the centre is staffed by 14 dedicated consultants with agribusiness expertise fielding over 67,000 enquiries each year. Handling everything from questions on pricing and paperwork to ticketing and delivery enquiries.

AWB Pre-Select and Rapid Payment
Pre-Select is a unique tool for growers to minimise delivery errors and speed up payments. It is particularly helpful for those who rely on third parties to deliver wheat to silos, like contract drivers.
By matching your deliveries to your chosen AWB Harvest Finance product, AWB Pre-Select effectively minimises finance and payment selection errors at delivery by simplifying the product selection process.
Rapid Payment is a new enhancement to AWB Pre-Select. By registering for Pre-Select Rapid Payment growers will now enjoy a significant improvement in payment delivery times.

AWB Flexible Drawdown Loan Online
AWB FDL Online is another enhancement recently introduced for AWB growers who select the Flexible Drawdown Loan option. Through this facility growers have the online capability to request drawdowns against available credit funds to their nominated bank account.
