AWB Grower Service Centre
The AWB Grower Service Centre is fully dedicated to servicing and supporting the needs of AWB Growers all year round, not just harvest.
Located in Melbourne, the centre is staffed by 14 dedicated consultants with agribusiness expertise fielding over 67,000 enquiries each year. Handling everything from questions on pricing and paperwork to ticketing and delivery enquiries.
During harvest the AWB Grower Service Centre is open 6 days per week from 8.30am to 8.30pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays. For information, contact the Grower Service Centre on 1800 054 433.
Accountant Access
Accountant Access eases the paperwork burden by allowing growers to authorise their accountant, consultant or book keeper to access their current AWB financial statements online.

AWB Loan Online
AWB Loan Online is another enhancement for AWB growers who use the AWB Loan option. Through this facility growers have the online capability to request drawdowns against available credit funds to their nominated bank account.
