What is ' AWB Accountant Access'?
AWB Accountant Access is our new online service designed to provide Accountants, Agents, Bookkeepers and Consultants with greater flexibility to access their clients’ financial, commodity delivery and registration details.
Intended Use of AWB Accountant Access on the Website
AWB Accountant Access benefits both the grower and the accountant. Registration essentially means that growers will no longer have to provide their paperwork to their accountant because accountants can simply access it online at www.awb.com.au/growers or via the AWB Grower Service Centre.
Accessing AWB Accountant Access
The AWB Accountant Access section of the AWB Website can be accessed as follows:
Once logged in, click Edit Accountant Access Settings located in the My Account menu
The AWB Registered Website User – Terms of Use screen will appear.
Searching for Third Parties
Once you have accessed the AWB Accountant Access section of the AWB Website the AWB Registered Website User – Terms of Use screen appears. You must accept these terms of use in order to nominate an accountant, agent, bookkeeper or consultant to access your statements.
You can search for your Firm as follows:
Note: If your nominated firm is not in the list of registered Accountant Access Firms please contact the AWB Grower Service Centre on 1800 054 433.
1. Accept the AWB Website Registered User - Terms of Use
2. A search screen will appear. By default, you can search for your third party using their trading name.
3. Enter your search criteria and Click the Search to display the matching third party firm names.
4. Verify your nominated third party is in the list of registered Accountant Access Firms, then click Select to nominate your Third Party
5. Confirm your firm selection by clicking the Submit Button
Nominating a Third Party access to AWB Accountand Access
Once you have completed your search, a confirmation screen will appear.
1. Click Submit to confirm your nomination for your firm to access your financial statements on the AWB Website or via the AWB Grower Service Centre.
2. As confirmation of this request an email will be sent to your email address and the email address of your nominated accountant.
Click Cancel to modify your firm selection
Nominating multiple Third Parties access to AWB Accountant Access
You can nominate multiple third parties as follows:
1. Accept the AWB Website Registered User - Terms of Use
2. Enter your search criteria and Click the Search to display the matching third party firm names.
3. Verify your nominated third party is in the list of registered Accountant Access Firms, then click Select to nominate your Third Party
As confirmation of this request an email will be sent to your email address and the email address of your nominated accountant.
Deleting a Third Parties access to AWB Accountant Access
You can delete a third parties access to your AWB Statements as follows:
1. Once logged in, click Edit Accountant Access Settings located in the My Account menu
2. A list or your nominated third parties will appear
3. Click Delete to the right of your third parties firm name
Your account will be automatically updated and a confirmation email sent to your nominated accountant advising their authorisation has been cancelled.
