What is ' My Contracts'?
The My Contracts section of the AWB Website allows growers to view details of contracts made with AWB Limited for the delivery of commodities. A summary of any of these contracts can be printed.
Intended Use of My Contracts on the Website
Contract summaries made available on the AWB Website reflect content from the original paper-based versions that are completed by Growers. Not all information pertaining to a contract is available online however.
Contracts completed in paper-based form should be retained as the official documents from AWB Limited. Information provided via the AWB Website is made available for convenience and efficiency purposes.
When is My Contracts updated on the Website?
My Contracts information is updated daily. If you believe contract information has not been correctly recorded, please contact the AWB Grower Services Centre on 1800 054 433.
Accessing Contracts
The Contracts section of the AWB Website can be accessed as follows:
Once logged in, click Contract located in the My Account menu
The ‘My Contracts’ search screen will appear.
Searching for Contracts
Once you have accessed the Contracts section of the AWB Website a search screen appears. By default, you can search for all contracts for the current season. The search fields can be changed in any combination to retrieve different groups of contracts if desired as follows:
Season - the season to which the contract applies. The default is the current season. Select 'All' to retrieve contracts for all seasons.
Access Number – the access number the contract was written for.
Contract Type - the product type for the contract, such as 'Multi V Contract' or 'Fixed Grade Contract'. Select ‘All’ to retrieve contracts of all types.
Contract Number - the contract number as printed on the contract document. Select a contract number to view a single contract, or 'All' to retrieve all contracts.
Contract Status - the status as recorded by AWB, for example Open, Closed or Cancelled. Select 'All' to retrieve contracts of every status.
Commodity - the commodity for the contract, for example Wheat or Canola. Select ‘All’ to retrieve contracts for all commodities.
Grade - the grade of the commodity, for example APH or APW. Select ‘All’ to retrieve contracts for all grades.
The possible selections for each search field depend on the details of your contracts. For example, if none of your contracts are for APW, you cannot select APW in the Grade search field.
Click Clear at any time to return all the search fields to their default values.
Once the search selections have been made, click Search to display the matching contracts.
Viewing Contracts
The main contract window consists of two sections:

Contract Detail
Contract List
This section lists all the contracts retrieved by the search. The following information is listed for each contract:
AWB Access/Sharefarm Number
Contract number
Season
Commodity
Contract Type
Contract Status
Contract Quantity – the original contract quantity in tonnes.
Delivered Quantity – If applicable, the quantity (in tonnes) delivered by the grower.
Click on the contract number to select a contract and display detailed information.
Contract Detail
This section lists detailed information about the selected contract as follows:
Original Contract Quantity - the quantity agreed on the contract document, in tonnes.
Delivered Quantity - if applicable, the actual quantity delivered, in tonnes.
Delivery Start Date - the earliest possible delivery date
Delivery End Date - the latest possible delivery date.
Contract Date - the date of the original contract document.
Deferred Payment Date - if applicable, the date of deferred payment.
Delivery Site - the site where delivery will be/was made.

Commodity
Details of each item of the contract as follows:
Item Number
Grade - the grade of this item.
Material Quantity
Contract Price ($AUD) - GST inclusive.
Item Note - special notes for this item.
Delivered Quantity
Printing Contracts
You can print a summary of any contract as follows:
Select the contract you want to print by clicking on the contract number.
Click Print this summary at the bottom of the page. Scroll down if necessary to see this link.
The contract summary appears. Click Print this Summary at the top of the summary.
The Print window will appear. Click OK to print the summary.
Please note that the printed summary is not a contract and cannot replace the original contract document. It is intended for your information only.
Viewing all Tickets for a Contract
You can view all the tickets issued on a contract as follows:
Select the contract you want to view by clicking on the contract number.
Click View Tickets at the bottom of the page. Scroll down if necessary to see this link.
The My Tickets page will appear, listing the tickets issued on the selected contract. Please see My Tickets Help for more information.
