Growers registered with AWB Limited have the ability to view ticket information for grain sold to AWB regardless of which Bulk Handling Companies (BHC) they have delivered to. The ticket information can be accessed on the AWB Website via the My Tickets facility.

What is 'My Tickets'?
When growers make a delivery of grain (for example, to a BHC), a ticket is issued by AWB Limited.
Intended Use of My Tickets on the Website
Tickets made available on the AWB Website reflect the paper-based versions that are posted in the mail. Information contained in Tickets should be consistent regardless of the distribution medium.
Tickets provided in paper-based form should be retained as the official documents from AWB Limited. Information provided via the AWB Website is made available for convenience and efficiency purposes.
When is My Tickets Updated on the Website
My Tickets information is updated on a daily basis on the AWB Website. If you believe the information is incorrect, please contact the AWB Grower Services Centre on 1800 054 433.
How to Access My Tickets on the Website
All Tickets available on the AWB Website can be accessed by Growers who have registered for a website account. Follow these steps to access the Tickets section:
1. Log onto the AWB Website
2. Click Tickets located in the My Account menu
3. The Search Tickets page will be displayed
Searching for Tickets
The Search Tickets page provides functionality to enable the grower to select search criteria to retrieve specific tickets. If no criteria is selected, all tickets will be retrieved.
The Search Tickets page contains the following search criteria:
Receival From Date – retrieves tickets with a receival date after this date
Receival To Date - retrieves tickets with a receival date prior to this date
Access Number – the access number the ticket was delivered against.
Site – retrieves tickets originating from the selected site. The list consists of sites associated with the Registered Grower's tickets
Pay Grade – retrieves tickets for the selected pay grade. The list consists of pay grades associated with the Registered Grower’s tickets
Bin Grade - retrieves tickets for the selected bin grade. The list consists of bin grades associated with the Registered Grower’s tickets
Payment Option – retrieves tickets for the selected payment option. The list consists of payment options associated with the Registered Grower’s tickets
Contract Number – retrieves tickets for the selected contract number. The list consists of contract numbers of the Registered Grower
Ticket Status - retrieves tickets for the paid ticket status. The list consists of the paid status of the Registered Grower’s tickets. Possible values include 'Paid' and 'Unpaid'
Delivery Type – retrieves tickets for the selected delivery type. The list consists of the delivery types of the Registered Grower's tickets. Possible values include ‘Warehoused’, ‘Normal’ and ‘In-Store Transfers’
To clear the selection, click on the Clear button to reset the search criteria to the default values.
To submit the search, click on the Search button. This displays the details of the Tickets returned by your search.
Viewing Tickets
The Ticket Search Results page consists of two sections Ticket List and Ticket Details:
Ticket List
This section provides a list of tickets returned from your search. The following information is displayed for each ticket:
AWB Access Number
Ticket ID
Site
Acquirer – actual acquirer if ticket has been sold, or the current nominated acquirer as being the purchaser of this ticket
Payment Option
Pay Grade
Bin Grade
Paid – payment date if ticket has been paid; blank if unpaid
Net Weight – net weight of the receival in tonnes
Net Value ($AUD) – net value of the receival. Where a ticket has been paid, you can click on this link to view Ticket Payment Summary information
Total Payment ($AUD) – net payment for tickets which have been paid
Click on the ticket number to display associated Ticket Details.
Ticket Details
This section lists detailed information about the selected Ticket as follows:
Receival Date – date the delivery was received
Payment Date – date of payment if the ticket has been paid; blank if unpaid
Transmission Date – date for the change of ownership if ticket has been sold to an acquirer
Receival Site – name of the site of delivery
Contract Number – contract number is displayed if ticket was delivered to contract
Acquirer - actual acquirer if ticket has been sold, or the current nominated acquirer as being the purchaser of this ticket
Payment Option - payment option is displayed if ticket has been sold
Commodity – type of the commodity
Grain Variety – variety of the commodity
Pay Grade – pay grade of the receival
Bin Grade – bin grade of the receival
Net Weight – net weight of the receival in tonnes
Delivery Type – type of delivery
Test Results – test results recorded for this receival; the number of test results varies, depending on the type of commodity
Printing Ticket Payment Summaries
You can print a summary for a paid Ticket as follows:
1. Select the Ticket you want to print by clicking on the Ticket Number
2. Click on the currency amount link in the Total Payment column of the Ticket List table
3. The Ticket Payment Summary page appears in a new window. Click Print payment summary at the top of the summary
4. The Print window will appear. Click OK to print the summary
Printing Tickets
You can print a summary of single or multiple Ticket as follows:
1. Select the Ticket you want to print by clicking on the Ticket Number
2. Click Print Ticket link or print Sumary
3. The Ticket Summary page appears in a new window. Click Print this ticket at the top of the summary
4. The Print window will appear. Click OK to print the summary
Please note that the printed ticket is a summarised version of the original ticket only and therefore can not be used as a replacement of the original copy
Viewing Contracts for a Ticket
You can view the contracts, if applicable, for the selected ticket as follows:
1. Click View Contract link
2. The My Contracts page will appear, listing the Contracts related to the selected Ticket. Please see View Contracts Help for more information
