AWB National Pool has kept Estimated Pool Returns (EPRs) unchanged this week, with both old and new season Pools remained unchanged.
Benchmark APW pay grade for 2002/03 remains at $265/t (FOB, GST exclusive), APH at $304/t and ASWN at $290/t.
General Manager AWB National Pool Sarah Scales said export demand remains very lethargic and all indications are that world wheat production will bounce back from last years harvest placing downward pressure on prices.
"While futures values finished largely unchanged, the side ways volatility in the market continues to present challenges for pricing and hedging decisions for AWB and international customers," Ms Scales said.
"Given that we have relatively small volumes in the 2002/03 National Pool, those EPRs will remain more sensitive to any change in the market environment than they would with a larger Pool," Ms Scales said.
There has been no change to Golden Rewards increments for either season.
The next AWB National Pool update will be Monday, 3rd March at 4pm.
