An article on page 16 of today’s Australian Financial Review reported that AWB Limited (AWB) is exploring an investment in international grain trader, Tradigrain.

AWB is currently considering a number of investment opportunities, including Tradigrain.

The discussions with Tradigrain and its parent, Farmland Industries Inc. (Farmland), are very preliminary in nature.

No agreement has been reached by AWB and Farmland.
