AWB Limited Chairman Trevor Flugge and Chief Executive Andrew Lindberg will address shareholders at a series of pre-Annual General Meeting forums across regional Western Australia in February.
The forums will give shareholders the opportunity to hear first hand the future direction and corporate strategies for AWB Limited for the coming year. The forums have been organised for those shareholders and growers who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting in Melbourne on 15 March 2001.
Issues to be discussed at these meetings include the removal of the capital limitation on AWB’s investments, election of directors and Board continuity, and investment strategies for the coming years.
Growers will also have the opportunity to discuss the 2000/2001 harvest, and the outlook for the wheat market in the year ahead.
The Chairman and the Chief Executive will be accompanied by Board Directors and AWB Regional staff.
