AWB Managing Director, Gordon Davis, today announced the appointment of Mr Phill Meurer as AWB Division Manager – Commodities.
Mr Davis said Mr Meurer has had substantial commodity experience with an extensive general management career, both in the trading and manufacturing arenas.
“Phill is a former Managing Director of Louis Dreyfus Australia and Chief Executive of CMI Operations,” Mr Davis said.
“He will have overall responsibility for the AWB commodities businesses both in Australia and internationally.
“The appointment of Mr Meurer finalises the restructuring of the AWB management team.”
Mr Meurer will be commencing with the Company on July 13 and will be based in Melbourne.
