How to vote

A Class Shareholders must vote in both the General Meeting and the A Class Meeting:

Here’s how to vote

In person at the General Meeting
Online, proxy and postal voting closed 48 hours prior to the commencement of the General Meeting and A Class Meeting. Forms received less than 48 hours before the commencement of these meetings will NOT be valid. If you wish to vote, you will need to vote in person at the General Meeting (and the meeting of A Class shareholders if you are an A Class shareholder).

The General Meeting (and the meeting of A Class shareholders) will be held at the Melbourne Convention Centre, Level 2, La Trobe Theatre, corner Spencer and Flinders Street, Melbourne on 21 August 2008, starting at 2pm (AEST).

Am I eligible to vote?

An A Class Shareholder is entitled to vote only if the A-Class Shareholder has been registered as the holder of an A-Class Share not less than 40 days prior to the date of the meeting.
