If you have any issues you wish to raise with AWB, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve there are a number of ways you can contact us;
- Your nearest AWB Regional Office or the Grower Services Centre (Free-call 1800 054 433) are available to talk to you during extended hours throughout harvest and normal business hours when harvest is not in progress.
- The 'Ask AWB' section of the website which aims to respond to all general enquiries within 1 working day.
- AWB has a structured process for formal complaints relating to your commercial transactions with AWB Ltd or one of its subsidiaries. A key feature of this process is the newly created role of the Grower Advocate.
