Grower Advocate ›

Feedback

If you have any issues you wish to raise with AWB, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve there are a number of ways you can contact us;

  1. Your nearest AWB Regional Office or the Grower Services Centre (Free-call 1800 054 433) are available to talk to you during extended hours throughout harvest and normal business hours when harvest is not in progress.

  2. The 'Ask AWB' section of the website which aims to respond to all general enquiries within 1 working day.
  3. AWB has a structured process for formal complaints relating to your commercial transactions with AWB Ltd or one of its subsidiaries. A key feature of this process is the newly created role of the Grower Advocate.
