Will provide you with access to produce your own Grower Delivery and On Farm Pick Up Reports.
You can select the following reports from the drop down menu:
- Grower Delivery Report (Ticket by Ticket)
- Grower Delivery Summary Report (Total Deliveries by Registration Number grouped by Bin Grade)
- On-Farm Pickup Report (Details Deliveries via OFPU service)

You can choose to have your report in a Web Page format (view only) or Excel Format (for modification)

Note: To view tickets other than those linked to your AWB Access number (i.e 52051846), for instance NGR (i.e 12634510) you need to link them to your AWB Access number. See the Linking section for details.
Producing a Grower Delivery Report
The Grower Delivery Report gives a ticket by ticket report of loads delivered on the registration attached to your account
Step 1. Choose the Report type ‘Grower Delivery Report’
Step 2. Choose whether you want to view the report as a web page, or an excel spreadsheet that you can modify.
Step 3. You can narrow the variables in your report by changing:
Date Range, Report Type, Acquirer Name, Bin Grade, Pay Grade, Sub-Group by or Season.

Step 4. Click Create Report.
Step 5. The report will provide you with a ticket by ticket report of deliveries which is associated with your registration number.
Producing a Grower Delivery Summary Report
The Grower Delivery Summary Report gives an overall grade by grade summary of tonnes delivered under the selected registration number.
Step 1. Choose the Report type ‘Grower Delivery Summary Report’
Step 2. Choose whether you want to view the report as a web page, or an excel spreadsheet that you can modify.
Step 3. You can restrict the variables in your report by changing: Season

Step 4. Click Create Report.
Step 5. The report will provide you with a summary of your deliveries by Bin Grade. It will also provide you with your average quality specifications.
The On-Farm Pick Up report gives an overall grade by grade summary of tonnes delivered under the On-Farm Pick Up program by the selected registration number. Step 1. Choose the Report type ‘On-Farm Pick Up Report’.
Step 2. Choose whether you want to view the report as a web page, or an excel spreadsheet that you can modify.
Step 3. You can narrow the variables in your report by changing: Date Range, Report Type, Acquirer Name, Season or Site.

Step 4. Click Create Report.
Step 5. The report will provide you with a list of any deliveries made using AWB GrainFlow’s On Farm Pickup service, the distance travelled to site, the rate per tonne and the total freight amount.
