Splitting Tickets

You can split as many tickets as you like at a time. However, after splitting you must sell your ticket. To learn how to sell tickets go to ‘Selling Tickets’

How to Split Tickets

Step 1. Click the Viewor Sell Tickets icon on the AWB Grower Portal welcome page.

Step 2. Choose the Warehouse Ticket Summary Tab

Step 3. Click on the Bin Grade or Total Tonnage Link to view your list of tickets.

Step 4. Select the ticket you want to split in the tick box provided.

Step 5.  To split the ticket, simply change the tonnage in the ‘Sale Weight’ column. For example, if you wanted 10mt to be split from the ticket. By simply typing in 10 and clicking outside the input box it will split the ticket. A red (s ) will appear showing you that the ticket has been split.

You can also split multiple tickets at the same time.

You can now proceed to sell your ticket or multiple tickets. Go to ‘How to Sell Your Tickets’

Note: If you want to change the registration number associated with a ticket or number of tickets you need to change the number in the ‘Grower Reg No’ field.

The original ticket number will be replaced with two new ticket numbers. You will be advised of these details in your Warehouse Transfer Advice.

The advice shows you the new ticket numbers and ticket status after the sale has taken place.
