Viewing Grower Tickets

Viewing grower tickets is simple when you have successfully entered into the AWB Grower Portal.

Just follow these easy steps;  

Step 1. Click the View or Sell Tickets icon on the AWB Grower Portal welcome page.

Step 2. Select the appropriate Tab. You have two views; either;

• Click on the ‘Sell Warehoused Tickets ’ tab 

or

• Click on the ‘View Sold Tickets’ tab

Step 3. You can enter search parameters to narrow down your search including;

• Season

• Grower Registration
• Group (ie by Bin or Varietal Grade)

Step 4. Click the Search button to commence your search.

Step 5. To view the tickets you wish to sell, click the Bin Grade link or Total Tonnage by site links.

Note: This link will take you to a ticket by ticket view of either a Bin Grade or all of your tickets depending on which link you followed. It provides all vital information to assist you in marketing your grain including; Ticket Number, Varietal Grade, Bin Grade, Test Results (Moisture (MO), Protein (PR), Screenings (SC)) and Weight.

Step 6. This will provide you with a list of your tickets under the ‘Sell Tickets’ tab. To view an individual ticket simply on the ticket number.

Note: Further information will be displayed regarding the individual ticket selected such as the Variety. However, most of the information you will use in allocating tickets to different acquirers and payment options can be found in the previous screen.
