Reports

You can prepare Grower Delivery (ticket by ticket) or Grower Delivery Summary Reports (total deliveries for that registration number) by following a few easy steps.

Note: to view tickets other than those linked to your AWB Access number (i.e. 51234567), for instance NGR (i.e. 11234567) or AWB Share Farm deliveries (i.e. 41234567) you need to link them to your AWB Access number. See the Linking section for details.

How to produce a Grower Delivery Report

The Grower Delivery Report gives a ticket by ticket report of loads delivered on the registration attached to your account.

1. Complete the fields with your preferred Report Option by clicking the drop-down arrows to make your selection.
   Note: the Date ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields request that you manually indicate your time frames.

2. Click Create Report.

How to produce a Grower Delivery Summary Report

The Grower Delivery Summary Report gives an overall grade by grade summary of tonnes delivered under the selected registration number.

Note: to view tickets other than those linked to your AWB Access number (i.e. 51234567), for instance NGR (i.e. 11234567) or AWB Share Farm deliveries (i.e. 41234567) you need to link them to your AWB Access number. See the Linking section for details.

1. Type in your registration number and season.

2. Click Create Report.

3. After you have obtained a Grower Delivery Summary report, an additional browser window will appear displaying the reported information.

Once you have created your report, you have the option of printing the report in its current format or exporting it to excel for further manipulation by clicking on the red text titled, Print Report or Export Report.
