Delivery Information

You can choose to use your NGR (National Grower Registration) card or AWB access number when delivering directly to any AWB Marketing option.

To obtain additional cards or to replace lost cards, please order by calling NGR on 1800 556 630.

Share-Farm Deliveries

When delivering on Share-Farm registrations it is important to note that only one marketing option can be selected.  This includes deliveries to Warehouse, cash at silo and AWB Pool deliveries.

If Share-Farm parties wish to market their grain separately you are required to split your load at point of delivery.  Each load will have to be split to each individuals independent registration according to Share-Farm % split.

AWB Delivery Code & Payment Terms

When delivering to the AWB Pool or to AWB Australia simply select the relevant code when you deliver.  The following tables provides an overview - AWB Delivery Information (PDF 19 Kb)

Warehousing

Warehousing provides you with the choice of safely storing your grain without the pressure of having to make a marketing decision at delivery.  Grain can be transferred from warehousing to all AWB Harvest Finance options or onto AWB Australia Multi G or Fixed Grade Contracts.

Note: If you are delivering to an AWB GrainFlow site you can transfer grain out of Warehousing to a cash price offered at the site on the same day as delivery.

Availability of Bin Grades

Bin Grades accepted at each site and the list of active or open sites may change without notice during harvest.  AWB therefore recommends that you regularly check for service availability and unlisted sites as follows

  1. Ask your local storage operator whether or not your local sites are active this season.
  2. Contact the AWB Grower Service Centre on 1800 054 433 prior to delivery to confirm what Bin grades are accepted at your preferred site.
