The AWB Access number must be quoted when delivering directly to any AWB Marketing option. This can be done by using the AWB Access Card at the point of delivery.
To obtain additional Access Cards or to replace lost cards, please order by calling the AWB Grower Service Centre on 1800 054 433.
Share-Farm Deliveries
When delivering on Share-Farm registrations it is important to note that only one marketing option can be selected. This includes deliveries to Warehouse, cash at silo and National Pool deliveries.
If Share-Farm parties wish to market their grain separately you are required to split your load at point of delivery. Each load will have to be split to each individuals independent registration according to Share-Farm % split.

AWB Pre-Select and Rapid Payment
AWB Pre-Select works by matching your wheat deliveries to the AWB National Pool and the product chosen by you on your Pre-Select Applicaiton Form.
Growers who register for AWB Pre-Select are provided with faster payment terms through a new service called Rapid Payment.
Key Features and Benefits
-
AWB Pre-Select applies to deliveries made to all AWB National Pool Payment Options
-
AWB Pre-Select does not apply to domestic deliveries (including cash at silo) or AWB domestic or international contracts
-
You can only have one Pre-Select option ‘active’ at any given time
-
Manage your Pre-Select options by contacting your local Grain Marketer or the AWB Grower Service Centre
Warehousing
Warehousing provides you with the choice of safety storing your grain without the pressure of having to make a marketing decision at delivery. Grain can be transferred from warehousing to all AWB Harvest Finance options or onto AWB Australia Multi V or Fixed Grade Contracts.
Note: If you are delivering to an AWB GrainFlow site you can transfer grain out of Warehousing to a cash price offered at the site.
AWB Suspense - Available in WA only
AWB Suspense is a warehousing service provided by AWB which offers growers the ability to safely store their grain without the pressure of having to make a marketing decision at delivery.
Key features and benefits
-
Growers can allocate deliveries made to Suspense into most AWB products
-
AWB Suspense is a no cost service to growers
-
Growers can market their grain into their preferred payment option up until one week before the guaranteed pool access date for their particular port zone
-
Growers who fail to allocate their grain prior to this date will have their deliveries automatically default into the Harvest Loan option, or Distribution option if the grower has opted out of the loan product.
-
This is done to ensure grower access to the Number 1 Pool For further information on AWB Suspense contact your regional office.
Availability of Bin Grades
Pay Grades, and their associated Bin Grades, accepted at each site and the list of active or open sites may change without notice during harvest. AWB therefore recommends that you regularly check for service availability and unlisted sites as follows
-
Ask your local storage operator whether or not your local sites are active this season.
-
Contact the AWB Grower Service Centre on 1800 054 433 prior to delivery to confirm what pay grades are accepted at your preferred site.
