• Returns are quoted on a port track equivalent basis (FIS in WA) and are net of all operating costs and management fees. 
• The Estimated Pool Return for a delivery site is calculated as;
  • The Estimated Pool Return
  • Add/subtract applicable Quality Payments (if applicable)
  • Subtract delivery site based costs applicable under the program (freight/capped costs)
  • Subtract finance fees that apply to some payment options
  • If GST applies, an estimate of GST is included at the bottom of the payment option.
     
• The delivery sites published on the calculator represent the delivery sites anticipated to be open and the grades acceptable for delivery into the relevant AWB Pool. Acceptable grades and delivery sites are managed by Bulk Handling companies and may change without notice.
